- A preseasoned enameled cast iron skillet
- A preseasoned cast iron dutch oven
- An ice cream maker - because I want to make my own sugar-free/sweetener-free ice cream with organic heavy cream and real-food additions (fresh strawberries, etc.). Nothing in my supermarket comes even remotely close.

Kitchen Wishing
My kitchen is a pretty standard operation. I have some duplicates of a couple of appliances due to gifts, but all in all, nothing fancy. I don't even have one of those KitchenAid mixer stands with the dough hook attachment that some folks seemed to think were part and parcel of a newlywed registry. All that said, I'm starting to get a mental list going of some items I'd like to add to my primal kitchen. (No word yet on what I'm going to do with my massive, pretty much now retired rice cooker.)

Hi there, I wandered your way via a recipe I saw on Chowstalker. I am so glad to have found your blog, especially after I read your about me page. I, too, am a Christian doing my best to eat and feed my family paleo/primal. It is so nice to know I'm not alone! I've been looking through your recipes and can't wait to try some, as well as your lunchbox thing, too! :-) Oh and I hear ya on wanting an ice cream maker--that's top on my kitchen wish list. Funny how the panini press that use to be there is long gone! Anyway, just wanted to say hi!
ReplyDeleteHi, Kendra, and welcome! :) I was very lucky - I received an ice cream maker for Christmas! I've been experimenting with it - nothing blogworthy yet, but since I'm usually very low carb (not my family, just me) I'll be forced to get creative. Necessity, meet your offspring invention. ;-p
ReplyDeleteHoping that you continue to find useful stuff around here. :)
