BTW, we made spaghetti squash with meat sauce before ever going paleo!

ReplyDeleteMascarpone is an Italian dessert cheese - look for it in your deli's specialty/international cheeses (not the bulk cheese for slicing to order). It's also available at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's in the dairy section.
