Today, my preschooler's lunch featured (clockwise):
- Leftover mashed sweet potato
- Trail mix (almonds, walnuts, mini chocolate chips)
- Whole milk organic yoghurt with honey drizzled on top
- Fruit salad: strawberries, pears, nectarines
