Today, my preschooler's lunch featured (clockwise):
- Corned beef
- Sliced fresh yellow pepper
- Chocolate avocado mousse (recipe here!), topped with sliced almonds and organic unsweetened cacao nibs
- Sliced honeydew melon (see the inexpensive bento minicutters that made these melon flowers here)

I love your lunchboxes. In Norway we don't have warm school lunches, but we (the parents) make "matpakke"- a couple of slices of bread with spread in the morning, and the children have that for lunch at school. Boring and dry, but that's the way it has been for ages. I would like to try some of your lunchboxes, my kids are quite picky and hard to change about the way they have their lunch. maybe this can help? :-)
