Lunchbox #191

This is a recent lunch for my husband. It featured:
  • A steak salad. A bed of iceberg lettuce, a generous amount of sliced cold leftover grilled steak, and some sliced grape tomatoes. It was topped with a chili-powder heavy (= spicier) version of my homemade savory ranch dressing.
  • Pistachios
  • Baby carrots
  • Half a banana

  1. Hi, I have tried using the search feature on your blog, but I just can't seem to find the answer.

What is the container used for this lunchbox? My husband is interested in it. :P

    Thanks so much!

    1. Hi, Jacey,

What you see above is the Smart Planet collapsible silicone lunchbox in the biggest size. It is nicely sized for adult sized appetites.

For my girls, I use a combination of Laptop Lunches bento box gear and the small Smart Planet collapsible lunchbox.

      Happy lunch packing! :)

  2. I didn't realize you were posting your husband's lunches too! Thanks, it really helps me out...I've always sucked at packing lunches, and I just ran out of ideas when we went primal :(

    1. Leftovers are a huge lifesaver for us! I just always try to cook way more than we need for dinner and automatically package it in a "to-go" type of container so we can easily grab it and take it for lunch.
