Today, my preschooler's lunch featured (clockwise):
Tostones (coconut oil fried plantains with sea salt)
Apple slices, with sunbutter (bottom) to dip
A couple of sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
Some pieces of Braunschweiger liverwurst, cut with mini bento flower cutters
