Oh how I'd like to see every preschooler having such a lunch! I'm not averse to the occasional white flour-white sugar treat, as long as it is homemade and organic and not filled with chemicals; but not every day. And junk food, never! Your lunchbox photos make my heart sing!
This looks nummy! I'm wondering, do your children like to eat this omelette cold? With no way to reheat food at school, I have been limited with cold lunch choices.
Hi! My daughter's preschool does not heat up anything - so I send her to school with cold lunches (I'm fine with this, too, since I don't like the idea of heating plastics in the microwave because of leaching concerns). My daughter has been totally fine with cold omelettes, so this works for us.
