Lunchbox #150

Today, my preschooler's lunchbox featured (clockwise):

  • Egg salad
  • Fresh broccoli florets with a sour cream dipping sauce
  • Gluten free coconut macaroons
  • Slices of clementines



  1. How do you make your egg salad? It doesn't appear to be mayo based in this pic. Thanks so much, Kristy

  2. It depends on what I have on hand. Sometimes I combine mashed boiled eggs with some sour cream, sometimes with homemade mayo, sometimes with melted butter.
