  1. This is a wonderfully informative site! I was instantly drawn to the Lunchbox Adventures, even though the lunches I am packing are my own because my "babies" are now adults! However, I am a teacher and finding time to SIT down and have even a salad for lunch is usually not feasible since I often have students in my room needing extra help during our lunch period. Plus, I am new to the Paleo lifestyle, so your lunches and other information are wonderful resources! Thanks!

  2. Hello! First of all, your lunchbox creations are super! Thanks for posting them and for the fantastic ideas. Question: How do you keep the items that are supposed to be kept cold cold? Thanks!

  3. Welcome, Sabrina! :)

Usually with my daughter's lunches, there was a little over a 3 hour window between pulling the box out of the fridge and eating the lunch at preschool. For that instance, the insulated zip soft case that came with the lunchbox kept things perfectly cool during that daily time frame this past school year.
