It comes with almonds, cubed cheeses, sliced apples and dried cranberries. It also comes with some crackers that I take out. I'm sure the cranberries have sugar in them, but on a road trip or as a treat I think they'd be fine. They also have fruit cups sort of like a fruit salad.
